This monthly reading log is a calendar-style grid with a numbered box for each day from 1 to 31. Kids write the minutes they read in each box, and there's a big space at the end for the month's total. It works for any month: write the month's name at the top and cross out any days the month doesn't have.

A monthly log works well for reading challenges and for kids who like to see a whole month fill up. Color the day number when your child meets the daily goal. Track pages instead of minutes, or both, with the Track option.

Tips for using it

  • Color in each day's number when the goal is met, so a streak is easy to see.
  • Add up the minutes together at the end of the month. It doubles as addition practice.
