What this release collects
Browsing does not require an account. If you subscribe, Edulist stores your email, ZIP code or selected state (or your choice that location is unknown), requested topics, form source, consent version and time. Optional answers include grade and product interests. The signup form does not ask for income, child names or student records.
Your wishlist
Saved products and selected plans are stored in this browser on this device. Clearing browser data removes them. Email signup does not create an account, copy the wishlist to a cloud account or synchronize devices. When you subscribe from a listing or wishlist, the selected product IDs are stored with your email for future opening updates. Removing a local save does not unsubscribe you from email.
Email choices
New subscriptions begin when you explicitly agree and submit; no confirmation click is required. Repeat signups preserve existing preferences. Rejoining after unsubscribe requires the separate rejoin choice. Suppressed addresses remain suppressed. Manage topics and unsubscribe through email preferences. Verification codes and links give access to your preferences; keep them private.
Service providers and use
Cloudflare hosts the service and database. Resend processes email delivery and contact synchronization. We use subscription details to organize the updates you request, not to decide eligibility. We do not automatically give your contact information to listed vendors, donors or scholarship organizations. Applications, donor pledges, public accounts and the assistant are not open in this release.
Optional analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics loads only after you allow it, and only on selected public pages. It receives the public page path and limited events such as tool interactions and successful signup requests. We remove query strings, fragments and referrers and do not send email addresses, location answers, grade interests, wishlist contents or private account IDs. Google processes technical connection information and may store analytics cookies to measure visits. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Private account, application, admin and email-preference pages do not load the tracker.
Allow or decline analytics using Analytics choices in the footer. Declining leaves browsing and subscriptions available. We remember your choice on this device for 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes our Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase records already collected. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep analytics off. Analytics may be disabled entirely during preparation. No Meta advertising pixel is active.
Retention and technical records
Subscription preferences are kept until removed through an operator request. Unsubscribing stops marketing; minimal consent and suppression records remain so we can honor that choice. Service logs may contain request metadata used to troubleshoot failures. Signup form values are not included in application error logs.

Edulist operates this service. For access, correction or deletion requests, email support@edulist.com. We may ask you to verify control of your email before changing or releasing records. Use email preferences to change topics or unsubscribe.
