Questions

Is Alpha School accredited?

Yes. Alpha displays Cognia accreditation and has said its established Austin, Brownsville and Miami campuses are Cognia accredited. New campuses need Cognia site visits before they are included, so ask about your specific campus.

Does Alpha School really work?

Alpha reports MAP Growth scores in the top 1 to 2% nationally and says students learn about twice as fast. Those figures come from Alpha's own analysis; no independent or peer-reviewed study has verified them as of October 2026.
