Questions

Is Brilliant accredited?

Brilliant says it is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACS WASC). It does not award course credits or degrees, so check with your umbrella school or district before counting it for credit.

Can Brilliant be used for homeschool?

Yes. Brilliant says many homeschool families use it as their core math and coding curriculum for the grades it covers. Its Common Core mappings help you plan, but you'll still want to track progress and assign work.

Is Brilliant worth it?

For a self-driven student who likes puzzles, usually yes, especially on the annual or family plan. If your child needs reminders and structure to study, try the free tier first.
