Mathnasium has no national price list; every center is a franchise and sets its own rates. As of October 2026, third-party price surveys and parent reports put most US monthly memberships between about $250 and $450, with some metro centers well above that and some small-town centers lower. Most centers also charge a one-time enrollment or assessment fee, commonly reported between $99 and $200. Plans are usually sold by sessions per week or as unlimited monthly memberships, and some centers require multi-month commitments. Mathnasium says in-center and online sessions cost the same.
