This 1–20 multiplication chart fits all 400 facts from 1 × 1 to 20 × 20 on a single page. Bold lines every five rows and columns break it into a 4 × 4 set of blocks, which makes it much easier to track a row across the page. It is a good reference for upper elementary and middle school work: factoring, least common multiples, area problems and checking long multiplication.
The teen rows have tidy patterns kids can discover. The 11s through 19s are the 10s plus a smaller table, so 16 × 7 = 70 + 42 = 112. The 20s are just the 2s with a zero on the end. Try the fill-in version to practice those strategies.
306. On the chart, find 17 down the side and 18 across the top. You can also check it as 17 × 18 = 17 × 20 − 17 × 2 = 340 − 34 = 306.
It can be. For kids still learning basic facts, the 1–10 or 1–12 chart has bigger numbers and fewer distractions.
