Eighteen problems dividing one fraction by another, like 3/4 ÷ 2/5. The answer key gives each quotient in simplest form, as a mixed number when it's greater than 1 (3/4 ÷ 2/5 = 15/8 = 1 7/8). In the Common Core standards, dividing a fraction by a fraction is a 6th grade skill; 5th graders divide unit fractions by whole numbers, which you can choose with Numbers above.
The shortcut is multiply by the reciprocal: keep the first fraction, change ÷ to ×, flip the second. It's worth also asking what the problem means: 3/4 ÷ 1/4 asks how many quarters fit in three quarters (3).
Dividing by a number is the same as multiplying by its reciprocal. Dividing by 1/4 asks how many quarters fit, and there are 4 quarters in every whole, so you multiply by 4.
5th graders divide unit fractions by whole numbers and whole numbers by unit fractions. Dividing a fraction by a fraction is 6th grade.
