This sheet drills one table: 26 problems that multiply 0 through 12 by 6, in mixed order so children can't just count up. Every fact from 6 × 0 to 6 × 12 appears exactly twice, and the answer key is on the second page.

A 6s fact is the 5s fact plus one more group: 6 × 7 is 35 + 7 = 42. When 6 multiplies an even number, the answer ends in that same digit (6 × 4 = 24, 6 × 8 = 48).

Use it once a chart is no longer needed. Time a first try, then repeat the sheet (press New problems for a fresh order) over a few days and watch the time drop. When the 6s feel automatic, move on to the next table or a mixed times tables worksheet. Want a reference to learn from first? Print the 6 times table chart.

Tips for using it

  • Build from the 5s: 6 × 8 = 40 + 8 = 48.
  • Have your child say the fact out loud while writing it. Saying and writing together sticks better than writing alone.
  • Circle any fact that took more than three seconds. Those are the ones to practice tomorrow.
